How Do I Update my Credit Card Info?


PayPal Users:  If you pay your membership subscription using PayPal, please login to PayPal and make any credit card updates directly inside PayPal.


For all other Members, you can update credit card information directly on the site as follows:

To update credit card information, you must be logged in to the site.   If you ARE NOT already logged in to the site, click the log in button on the site homepage.

If you ARE already logged in to the site, click the Welcome drop down, and go to Account.

Once you are logged in, you will be in your Account page.  Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS link to edit your subscription information.

The Subscriptions link brings you to a summary of your subscription.  This is where you can update information.  Click UPDATE to edit your subscription formation.

*Note the site itself doesn’t store your credit card; your credit card information will not pre-populate here.  Any payment information in the form is immediately encrypted & sent to a secure credit card processor.  So, if you want to change any payment field, you MUST fill out ALL fields and hit the SUBMIT button to make a change.
To update your credit card information, verify the name on the card is correct, then:
  1. Type in the credit card number that you want to use.
  2. Type in the expiration date (MM/YY).
  3. Type in the card’s  verification code.
  4. Click the SUBMIT button to send the change to the payment processor
