Help, you have not responded to my emails
What to do if you are contacting us and not getting a response:
We do respond to every email that comes through our HelpDesk.
1) First check to make sure that you are sending to the correct email address karen@thegraphicsfairy.com. Using the "Contact Us" form on the site is typically best as the correct address will be set already. If you are replying to a Paypal invoice, it will NOT be going to the correct address.
2) Check your SPAM folder, we often get emails from members that are trying to reset their passwords but aren't getting the email. Typically that is because it has gone to the SPAM folder. Then they will contact us on the Help Desk for assistance and we respond to them, but the email from us also goes into the SPAM folder.
3) Add our email address karen@thegraphicsfairy.com to your Contact list in your email account. Once we are in your trusted list of contacts, your email client will deliver your email to your inbox instead of to your SPAM folder. After you've added us, try emailing us again using the "Contact Us" page so that you can receive our response.
I've checked my SPAM folder but I don't see the email there either:
Some of the larger email clients, like Gmail and Yahoo, and sometimes Hotmail, are known to skip the SPAM folder and not send you the email at all if they feel that you will not be interested in what we are sending. It's quite frustrating for all of us when this happens! You can avoid this by following #3 above. Adding us to your email contact list. This will insure that you get the email.
