How Do I Change Account and Password Info?

If you're having trouble logging in, most likely it's because you are using an incorrect password or username.  

***Forgot your password & need to reset it?***

For security purposes, please note that we do not have access to member passwords.  If you forget a password, you will reset it by providing the email associated with your account.    Go to https://members.thegraphicsfairy.com/login/ and hit the gold "Forgot Password" button.  Type your email and click the "Request Password Reset" button.  You will receive instructions via email.

***You will receive a password reset email in your email inbox. If you don't see it, then make sure you check your Spam Folder as it may be there!  If you try multiple resets & aren't getting emails or don't remember your account username or email, please message the help desk (choose GET HELP at the top of the screen then select Contact Us from the drop down menu).

***Already logged in, but would like to change your password?***

Once logged in, go to your Account page, and you may change your contact information and password at any time.

If you ARE already logged in to the site, click the Welcome drop down, and go to Account.

The log in page has links to change account information, your password, or subscription & payment information.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the account page, you can change your password.  NOTE:  If you updated any fields on the Account page, be sure to hit ‘SAVE PROFILE’ to apply any changes made to your account data. 

At the very bottom of the Account Page, click the link "Change Password".   You will receive a password reset email in your email inbox. If you don't see it, then make sure you check your Spam Folder as it may be there!
