Help! I can't sign up. The site says my username or email is already in use.
If you sign up and see an error that your username or email was already taken, like this:

it means one of two things:
1) Are you a brand new member? ——> if yes, then you happened to choose a username already in use. Please choose a different username on the signup screen. This usually happens when a generic username is chosen, like a first name.
OR
2) Are you a returning or past member? ——> if yes, the site remembers you. Welcome Back! Since you currently have an inactive subscription, you can re-join the site with your old account. You just need to log in first, then purchase the new subscription. This way, the new subscription is associated with your old account and you can keep your old login.
How a Returning Member Purchases a New Subscription:
STEP 1: Log in here: https://members.thegraphicsfairy.com/login/
Enter your account's username OR email in the "Username" field. Yes, either will work!
Enter your password.
*IMPORTANT TIP: If you don't remember your password, you may hit the gold "Forgot Password" button. It will ask for the email associated with the account and hit "Request Password Reset".
You will receive instructions in your email to reset your password. (Check your trash or spam folders if you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes).
STEP 2: AFTER you are logged in, click this link to purchase either the Monthly or Annual plan: https://members.thegraphicsfairy.com/#membership-boxes
STEP 3: Complete the checkout. Welcome Back!
